The refurbishment and remodelling of internal accommodation including the change of use to B1 & D1 classifications as the current use class is formally unclear. The newly refurbished accommodation is to provide modern, flexible and shared workspaces to align with the 'Next Generation Working Project' ethos. The proposals also include for elevation enhancements to the three storey 1960s building along with external site-wide improvements to the car parking and general access arrangements.16/00032/CCD/FUL
