Forces Community Day at Kettering Market Place

Come and celebrate National Armed Forces Day on Kettering Market Place on Saturday 29th June from 11am – 3.30pm.

Not only will you get to see a CRVT Scorpion Tank, there will also be a number of military vehicles in the procession arriving at the market place from 11am until 12pm from the Military Vehicles Trust. The RAF Hurricane will fly past the market place at approximately 3.20pm.

At 10am an armed forces union flag will also be raised at Kettering Borough Council's Bowling Green Road offices in celebration of National Armed Forces Day. All are welcome to attend.

You will also be able to find out more about the Forces and the work they do with information stalls from the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force Associations, 1101 Kettering Squadron of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, Emergency Cadets, Police, Help for Heroes, The Royal British Legion, Community First Responders plus much more.
