Fly-tipping offender ordered to pay nearly £1,700

David O’Neill of Road Runner Services Ltd pleaded guilty in court and was fined £1000 and ordered to pay costs of £594.80 and a victim surcharge of £100.

Following a Court hearing at Northampton Magistrates Court on 6th November 2018, David O’Neill has been ordered to pay a total of £1,694.80 for failure to control his waste after fly-tipping in Pipewell in March.
