Urgent Repairs

Some small urgent repairs that might affect your health, safety or security have to be done quickly and easily. By law, we have to carry out these repairs within a certain time. These are called qualifying repairs.

If we are not able to carry out the repair or make it safe within the time listed, you may be entitled to compensation. You may also be able to get another contractor to do the work.
