Check your rent account balance

A statement of your rent balance will be sent to you once every quarter (3 months). This will show you how your  rent balance and payments have been made during that period.

You can confirm your rent balance at any time during office hours by contacting - the Councils Customer Response Centre on 01536 410333, or visiting one of your local Customer Service Centres

You can also check your rent account balance online, if you have an account set up

It is important that you respond to any letters you may receive from us about your rent account.
