Brownfield Land Register
The Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017, which came into force on 16th April 2017, introduced the requirement for all local planning authorities in England to prepare, maintain and publish registers of brownfield land within their area, which is considered suitable for residential development.
The register is published by the North Northamptonshire Joint Planning and Delivery Unit (NNJPDU)
This register supersedes the Pilot Brownfield Register, which was published in September 2016.
