Town and Country Planning (General) Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 and the Localism Act 2011
Kettering Borough Council received an application from Desborough Town Council as a relevant body to designate the Desborough Parish as the Neighbourhood Plan Area for the Desborough Town Plan. A consultation on the proposed Neighbourhood Plan Area took place from 24th June 2013 to 19th August 2013.
On 16th October 2013 Kettering Borough Council designated the Desborough Parish as the Neighbourhood Plan Area for the Desborough Town Plan. A copy of the Committee Report is available to view.
