What happens after I've applied

Conditions & Obligations

Permission can be granted subject to conditions, for example, restricting what can be done on the premises, or requiring specific approval for aspects of the development, such as the materials to be used. Depending on the condition, these details may require approval before development can commence.

Some permissions also have a signed legal agreement attached to them (Section 106 Agreement)

The development must be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved plans. If small alterations are required following permission this may be possible through a Non Material Amendment application
