The Duty Officer Service is available between 10am-12 noon Monday to Friday using the contact details provided below. Please note due to the current COVID-19 situation, only queries from members of the public with householder enquiries can be dealt with by the Duty Officer.
You will need to have assessed your proposal using the links above before seeking further assistance from our Duty Officer.
The Duty Officer Service provides a verbal response, so please ensure your phone/mobile number is given. To enable as many queries as possible to be dealt with, queries are limited to 10 minutes.
All other queries, including householder enquiries likely to last over 10 minutes, should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be dealt with through our free "Enquiry Service". Due to the demand and nature, these enquiries can take up to 21 days to receive a response.
