Report Fly-Tipping

Kettering Borough Council has a duty to remove illegally dumped waste (known as fly tipping), although this does not apply to waste dumped on private land.

Fly tipping is illegal and can be harmful to the environment and any body caught dumping will be prosecuted.

Kettering Borough Council has officers who regularly patrol the Borough removing fly tipping but any help from the public is gratefully received.
