The award winning Kettering Museum and Art Gallery are recruiting for a brand new Learning & Engagement Facilitator to join our team.
This exciting role requires someone who is organised and self-motivated, with enthusiasm for engaging with the community, partnerships groups and non-users. We are looking for someone who proactively generates new ideas and approaches to learning experiences and engagement projects through a range of platforms.
You will have experience working with a range of different audience groups, preferably using collections and educational resources to deliver inspiring and engaging interpretations. You will also have excellent communication skills, design skills and the ability to effectively generate projects and manage your own workload.
You will be joining a passionate and versatile team who are embarking on an exciting new chapter for the service, having secured £3m of capital investment to physically improve the facilities – if you want to be part of this journey then apply now!

Interviews will take place on the 12th & 13th November 2020.
The interview will include a short presentation (10-15 minutes) where interviewees will be required to present a preprepared exhibition interactive and talk through their ideas
