Street Lighting: Outline
The County Council is responsible for illuminated traffic signs and street lighting in most parts of the county.Street lighting is dealt with by their service provider Balfour Beatty.
Other lighting is the responsibility of borough and district councils. In most villages the lighting is the responsibility of the parish council.
