Using Self Serve, customers can now securely access the following from their own home:

- Make payments
- View personal account information and balances
- View benefit payment schedules
- View correspondence sent to you
- Access information on Council Tax bands
To log in or register click here or visit the Council’s offices on Bowling Green Road.
Over 1,500 people have signed up to the service since it began in 2009 with each new customer being entered into a prize draw to win £50 of Love to Shop vouchers when they register.
Local resident Hayley Cross who was randomly selected as the winner of the June – September draw, said: “Signing up to Self Serve was really easy and straightforward. I signed up via my mobile phone and I can now view and pay my Council Tax and rent from the comfort of my own home rather than having to go down to the shops”.
Julie Trahern, Head of Income and Debt at Kettering Borough Council, said: “We are constantly looking for new ways to improve our customer experience and Self Serve does just this. Already hundreds of people across the borough are enjoying our 24-hour service and we hope to encourage more people to sign up.”
Deputy Leader of Kettering Borough Council, Councillor Christopher Lamb said, “Self Serve is a great facility allowing residents to view a number of services online and for free at their own convenience. If you have not already signed up, why not register today and see what’s on offer”.
All registrations and pin requests received between the 1st October 2013 and 31st March 2014 will be entered in to a prize draw with a chance of winning a £50 voucher.
This voucher is a love2shop gift voucher which is accepted in over 20,000 stores
