Celebrities to join Isebrook SEN College in opening of 'The Studio'

Friday 17th November at 1.30pm marks the opening of The Studio in Lower Street, Kettering, a shop owned and operated by Isebrook SEN College.

Several well-known faces will be in attendance to support the opening including Karthik Nagasan (The Apprentice and Celebrity Big Brother), The Mayor of Kettering Scott Edwards and the high likelihood of further surprise celebrity faces.

The shop was previous managed by a consortium of schools however is now solely owned and operated by Isebrook and is now ready to open its doors to the public after a refurbishment and adaptions to it’s business direction.

The Studio provides the opportunity for students at Isebrook SEN College to gain ‘real life’ experiences by working in an operational business providing quality service and products to ‘real’ customers. From cleaning the building to managing the website; designing or manufacturing products to preparing the accounts; our students can are learning to apply their skills, talents and abilities on their journey to work readiness.

We also understand that the development of life and work skills does not stop when you leave school and so The Studio will offer a range of opportunities for adults with additional needs to continue their journey towards a having a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Two businesses will be operating from The Studio, Iseprint and Isechic Clothing.

Iseprint produces personalised gifts. Customers can have their pictures and messages printed on mugs, cushions, T-shirts and lots more. Come and see our new range of Christmas personalised Santa Sacks on sale now. 

Isechic Clothing supplies quality pre-loved clothing including childrenswear, ladieswear and menswear. Come and have a look at our designer section whilst stocks last.

We would very much welcome clothing, shoe and bag donations which be handed into The Studio on a Tuesday or a Thursday 10am – 2pm or at Isebrook School (school hours).
