Q: Where do I pay an excess charge?
Answer:
Online: You can pay a Fixed Penalty Notice online
Over the Phone: using a credit or debit card and quoting the KR or KP reference on your penalty notice.
In person: at the Council's Municipal Offices by cheque, card or cash.
Or post a cheque to:
