Q: What do I do if my boxes and bins are not emptied?
Answer:
In the unlikely event that your boxes or bins are missed by the collection round we are committed to rectify the mistake as soon as possible. We aim to return to a missed bin or box within 48 hours of being notified of the missed collection.
