Article 4 Directions - Restrictions Affecting Householder Development

The Mawsley Article 4 covers the following properties:

  • 2-22 (evens inclusive), 26-40 (evens inclusive) The Green, Mawsley
  • 2 Ellis Lane, Mawsley

An Article 4 direction is used to control works that could threaten the character of an area of acknowledged importance, such as a Conservation Area.  The direction:
