Council Car Parking

The Council provides 695 parking spaces in the centre of Kettering, for which charges are made. There are also 41 reserved spaces for disabled drivers and 15 'Pop & Shop' spaces in School Lane. All car parks are covered by CCTV.

Charges and charging periods are as follows:

• 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays
• 1 hour - £1.00
• 2 hours - £1.80
• 3 hours - £2.70
• All days - £5.40
• Blue Badge Holders - No charge

Where no ticket is displayed a fine is imposed. The Penalty Charge is £70, reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days.

Pop & Shop

School Lane car park has 15 specially marked bays which allow shoppers to park for up to one hour for a reduced charge of 10p. The location of these bays is in easy walking distance from the Town Centre.

Motorcycle Parking

Parking for motorcycles is free in Kettering.

There is a provision for motorcycle in Wadcroft Car Park (the car park behind Woolworths where shopmobility is situated).

There is also provision in School Lane car park & the Council car park (there is provision for securing in this car park).
