East Kettering S.U.E. - Overview
Application Overview
The East Kettering Sustainable Urban Extension was granted what is known as outline planning permission on 1st April 2010. This means that we have a broad indication of the form that the development will take, as shown on the approved Strategic Master Plan and that all of the detail such as access to the S.U.E (pedestrian and vehicular), its internal layout, the location and appearance of buildings (collectively known as Reserved Matters) is reserved for decision/decisions in the future. The granting of outline planning permission means that the principle of developing the site as a S.U.E has been accepted. This issue cannot be revisited when future application seeking approval for the reserved matters are considered. Plans and documents submitted for the reserved matters applications can be viewed by clicking on the following reference numbers KET/2013/0213 and KET/2013/0232.
Some details, such as a green infrastructure and open space strategy, have already been submitted and approved. Current applications for the approval of conditions can also be viewed and commented on.
