Online Balance Enquiry

Please note: You must be registered and logged in to make a balance enquiry.

What balances can I check online?

Use the balance enquiry facility to check your balance for any of the following accounts:

• Council Tax
• Rent
• Business Rates
• Overpayments
  

What do I need?

To proceed you must have your reference number which can be found on your payment card/invoice.

We do not request or display personal information (eg. name or address) at any time on the balance screen.

Account numbers are neither sequential nor traceable to an individual or property holder- account balances are therefore anonymous.

Recent Payments

The balance displayed on-line reflects our information as at close of business on the previous day.

Recent payments may not necessarily be reflected, (eg. payments made at a Bank or Post Office do not always reach the authority on the same day).
