Annual Monitoring Report
A report submitted to the government by local planning authorities setting out how the council's planning policies have been implemented for the previous financial year and whether it has achieved the milestones set out in its Local Development Scheme.
The 2011 - 12 Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is the fourth joint AMR prepared by the North Northamptonshire Joint Planning Committee and the constituent local planning authorities of Corby, East Northamptonshire, Kettering and Wellingborough. It is a technical document prepared by the Joint Planning Unit (JPU) and officers of the constituent authorities. It covers the monitoring period from 1st April 2011- 31st March 2012 and is the starting point for monitoring the implementation of the North Northamptonshire Core Spatial Strategy (NNCSS), which was adopted in June 2008
