Housing
East Kettering S.U.E consists of 5,500 dwellings, which will be built in the broad locations R1 to R42 as shown on the Strategic Master Plan. At least 20% of these dwellings will be affordable housing. A mix of housing is proposed with Market Housing and Affordable Housing having the below percentages.
