Kettering Borough Council has a number of ways that Customers can make payments.
Customers are able to take advantage of ways to make payments which can best suit their convenience and lifestyle. These methods of payments are Credit/Debit card over the telephone or on-line via the Councils website, posting a cheque or using direct debit.
For those without bank accounts arrangements have been made to with a number of outlets able to handle cash including local shops and post offices. This greatly increases customer choice and access as many of the outlets are open evenings and weekends.
