Council Tax Benefit is changing!

From April 2013 Council Tax Benefit is being abolished and being replaced with a local scheme.
The scheme has now been agreed and details of that scheme can be found here
The scheme does mean that all working age benefit customers will have to pay something towards their Council Tax even if you previously received full benefit.

Kettering Borough Council published its proposals for consultation and your views and opinions on this scheme were collected.
The consultation ran for 8 weeks and started on the 5th September 2012 and ended on the 31st October 2012.
