Translation and Communication Services
Face to Face
In order to help us assist our customers and to allow as many people as possible to gain equal access to services, we are able to provide translation services to our customers. To do this we arrange appointments and provide a confidential, reliable and impartial interpreter.
Sign Language Interpreting
Kettering Borough Council Officer's are also able to arrange for a sign language interpreter to assist you in communicating with us.
Induction/Deaf Loop System
For customers who wish to visit the Customer Service Centre at the Municipal Offices but who are deaf or hard of hearing and who wear a hearing aid or loop listener, we do have an Induction/Deaf Loop System available to assist you with your communication with a member of the Customer Service Centre.
