Reporting Housing Repairs Online
Welcome to the Repairs Reporting section of the website.
Tenants of other social housing providers in the Borough should contact their own landlord directly.
Before you report a repair online, please take a few seconds to read the following important information:
- Check whether or not the repair is your responsibility
We will not normally accept repairs that are the tenant's responsibility. If you are unsure about your repairing responsibilities please read the following webpages: Council repair responsibilities or Tenant repair responsibilities.
- Do not use this website to report an emergency repair.

- Leasehold tenants.
If you are a leasehold tenant, please only use this site to report repairs if we are responsible for any communal or shared structures where you live.
We are not responsible for any internal repairs within your home.

To be able to access the reporting tool you must sign in to our website and then view the reporting tool
Simply click on the picture icons to identify the required repair.
Once you have identified your repair, please complete your personal and contact information as fully as possible. This enables us to log your repair effectively and issue you with a repair receipt which confirms your job number, latest completion date, and where appropriate, your repair appointment.
You can choose to receive an email receipt of the repair you have reported - please keep this safe in case of any future queries
