Changes to the Housing Allocation Scheme

Kettering Borough Council is proposing changes to its Housing Allocation Scheme

The Housing Allocation Scheme is reviewed annually to ensure it remains fit for purpose and accurately reflects current housing need in the Borough, ensures best use of housing stock is realised and supports the Local Authority to continue to meet duties owed to homeless households.

We have launched a public consultation on the proposed changes to the Housing Allocation Scheme and we welcome your views. You can submit comments by email to ketteringkeyways@kettering.gov.uk or write to us at The Allocations Team, Kettering Borough Council, Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, NN15 7QX.
