Otago Strength and Balance Exercises

The OTAGO exercise programme is intended specifically for older adults 65+, with a series of exercises designed to:
•    Reduce the risk of falls
•    Improve balance and leg muscle strength
•    Improve range of movement
•    Improve posture
•    Increase confidence performing everyday tasks around the home
•    Improve general fitness and health
•    Provide opportunity for socialisation and activity with similar people

Each session has warm-up, strength, balance and cool-down components which can be tailored to the ability of each individual participant. All sessions are led by a fully qualified OTAGO instructor.

The Lawns (Kettering) – 10:30-11:30am

Harry Potter House (Kettering) – 2:30-3:30pm

Madams Gardens (Rothwell) – 10:30-11:30am

Yeomans Court (Burton Latimer) – 2:30-3:30pm
Tues 11th July – Tues 12th September
*No session Tues 22nd August

Sessions are £3 for an hour and parking is limited at venues.
