Answer:
- All drainage work (above and below ground) in connection with a building including the installation of a sink, bath, shower, toilet etc, requires an application
- Installation of heating appliances and boilers
Self certification schemes now exist for the following:
Solid fuel if your contractor is registered with HETAS
Oil fired if your contractor is registered with OFTEC
Gas installation is carried out by a CORGI installer
