Planning: Outline
Make a planning application
The Planning Portal is the government's online planning and building regulations resource. It offers an online service for making planning and building regulations applications as well as guidance on the planning system.
Certificates of Ownership
Every application for planning permission, other than approval of reserved matters, must be accompanied by two signed statements. The first refers to notifying other owners of the site about your application. The second refer to notifying tenants of agricultural holdings on the site.
Knowingly or recklessly submitting a false certificate is an offence.
