Local Housing Allowance FAQ's

Answer: A customers LHA rate is reviewed on the 1 year anniversary of their claim starting or their last review, and then revised to the current LHA rate. If a landlord raises the rent between anniversaries the LHA rate will remain the same and the customer will be responsible for making up the shortfall in their rent.
